Let’s take one example of a well-known actress, Mila Kunis, training regimen consists of 40 minutes of six movements done in circuits.

The Workout

Warm-up – 10 minutes
• Jog on the spot
• high knees
• butt kicks
• Star jumps
• Stretch thighs and arms

Upper Body, Lower Body and Core

• Walk over Press ups 3 x 20 seconds HITT variation
• Mountain climbers – 3 sets of 30 seconds
• Stir the kettle – 3 sets of 25 reps
• TRX Row – 3 sets of 25 reps

• Medicine Ball Slam – 3 sets of 25 reps

Mila Kunis works out with personal trainer (Brian Abercrombie) for 2 days a week if not shooting a movie and 5 days a week when she is preparing to shoot for a movie.


Lean protein like chicken breast, fish, lentils, and beans. And for carbs, quinoa and brown rice.
