But, you have got to know that this look took him 3 years to achieve, with the help of a personal trainer. Justin was very lean before he started seriously pumping weights. He has put on 20 pounds of muscle of the period of 3 years and he’s still working on it at the gym. We adore his determination! But that’s not all, Justin has become so obsessed with bottled green juices that he has them personally transported to his house!

Bieber Supersets Workout

justin-bieber-workout-gymBieber trains with weights, in the gym,  five times a week for about 45 minutes per session, using a 3 day body part superset split: one workout for back and triceps, one for chest and biceps, and the other for legs and shoulders. For his back and triceps he will superset, wide grip pull ups with scull crushers using a Z bar; and wide grip rows with triceps cable extension; Dumbbell rows with push-ups. For his Chest and Biceps, Chest Press with Barbell Curls; Incline dumbbell press with hammer curls; Cable flyes with preacher curl. For Legs and Shoulders, Romanian deadlifts with shoulder press; Leg press + calve raises with Lateral dumbbell raises; Hamstring curl with Reverse cable fly + dumbbell shrugs. He trains his abdominals every other day.


Justin has favourite body parts, right now, his chest and arms and abs are his best features and he would like to boulder his shoulders out more.
