Your Weight Loss Goal
Losing weight doesn’t need to be complicated. Although, it certainly can be. If you can control your calories by eating a good diet while burning off the excess and tone your muscles during exercise with your personal trainer, you’re home and dry.
Having a weight loss goal to work towards is just the beginning. Your personal trainer will be valuable to keep you focused and motivated on your weight loss journey. Depending on how many session you do, and how committed you are to your sessions and to your healthy diet, generally, you will begin to feel the effects quite soon. You will almost see your body shaping each day, you will first see the results as tightening of the tummy muscles. You will likewise recognise your thighs getting leaner, consequently you could fit in some of your old jeans by getting the zip to the top. When trying to lose weight, it’s tempting to ask for fast results. But studies have consistently shown that people who lose weight too fast end up getting ill and putting the weight back on again.
Everybody is different, pace yourself
The NHS recommend weight loss at a safe rate of 0.5kg – 1kg per week by staying within your daily calorie allowance of:

You can set small weight-loss goals towards your new target weight. Unless you are under your doctor’s medical direction, losing weight fast can increase the likelihood of health problems, caused by undernourishment or even gallstones, and on top of that causing you to feel worn-out and under the weather for most of the day.
