What If I Haven’t Exercised For a While and Feel Weak?
Personal fitness training intends to turn the key and start your motor in terms of your fitness. The body responds quickly and pleasantly. We fine tune the exercises to what your body needs are. If you are new to exercise or haven’t worked out in a long time, you should meet with your trainer two to three times weekly. This regularity will ensure that you develop proper form in all of your exercises. Muscle memory is powerful, and you don’t want to learn bad habits in the gym; they will hinder your results and possibly contribute to injuries. Everybody’s fitness talents completely different and everybody will participate and accomplish good results. Will I gain too much Muscle mass?
Impossible. Now don’t get me wrong, personal training will add some overall muscle in the right places, but, we will go for shape, definition and steer away from muscle mass. When you’re trying to lose weight you should try keep your lean muscle. Muscle is your secret “fat loss” weapon and you want to define your muscles. Muscles are brilliant because they increase your body’s overall metabolic rate. This means you are burning calories three times faster than fat cells even in your sleep!
The main purpose of losing weight is to look and feel healthy and having lost the fat from your body your muscles will appear sculpted and you will have that ‘model look’.
If I must go with one muscle group that will be more noticeable in terms of getting tighter, huge change in your thighs, as your quadriceps become refined as never before, draining all stubborn fat surrounding your thighs. This will make your legs look longer and leaner.
